Emerald Dreams was born from a profound understanding that luxury is not merely about opulence—it's about creating spaces that elevate the human spirit. Each property we create is a masterpiece where consciousness meets architecture, where every line, curve, and space is intentionally designed to bring balance, peace, and inspiration to those who dwell within.
Our Foundation
Both of us come from intellectual families where we received values, principles, exemplary behavior, a sense of responsibility, and maximalism instead of material goods. One of our founders was raised by a renowned architect who, from childhood, instilled a love for architecture, harmony, and aesthetics.
Since our young age, we studied Gaudí's and other renovned architects works, becoming immersed in his world—this is where the love for form and harmony was born. For 25 years, we have built successful businesses as self-made entrepreneurs, learning to thrive through our own solutions and developed strategies.

Our Story
In 2017, our founders - two visionaries who both saw architecture not as static constructions but as living spaces of energy and harmony - came together with a shared dream. One, deeply versed in both ancient civilizations and their relationship with nature, the other a master of sacred geometry and the golden ratio, began an extraordinary journey. What started as a theoretical exploration at a scientific conference quickly evolved into a life's mission: to create spaces that don't just shelter, but elevate human consciousness.
Sacred Geometry: The Foundation
We found that the golden ratio (1.618) - often called the divine proportion - is not merely a mathematical concept but the very pattern of nature itself. From the spiral of a nautilus shell to the arrangement of galaxies, this ratio creates harmony. We apply this ancient wisdom to every line, angle, and curve, ensuring each space naturally promotes tranquility and balance.
The Art of Imperfection
Perfection, we learned, is not about mathematical precision alone. Consider the Mona Lisa - her power lies in her subtle asymmetry, the mysterious smile that draws us in. Similarly, nature thrives in controlled chaos, in organic forms that breathe and evolve. Our designs embrace this philosophy: while built on sacred geometry, they incorporate natural materials and forms that add warmth, texture, and life. Polished concrete meets raw wood, precision glass frames living gardens, and calculated spaces flow into organic courtyards.
The Human-Nature Connection
Humans, by their very nature, are drawn to the familiar patterns of the natural world. We crave sunlight, open skies, the rustle of leaves, and the sound of water. Our designs dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior - not to erase the distinction, but to create a gentle transition. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels frame nature as living artwork, courtyards bring the sky into the heart of the home, and every room offers a dialogue with the landscape beyond.
The Theory of Space Boundaries
Our research revealed that human well-being is deeply influenced by spatial relationships. Rooms that are too small feel oppressive, while spaces that are too large feel cold and unwelwarming. The solution lies in dynamic spatial design - areas that can adapt to need, that flow yet maintain distinct character. High ceilings create grandeur, intimate nooks offer retreat, and open-plan living areas provide flexibility while maintaining visual warmth through carefully placed partitions, level changes, and material transitions.

We place great emphasis on balance. Just as nature changes cyclically, the microcycles of our lives change within a building throughout the day. We carefully determined the size, position, and usability of interior spaces to provide the greatest user experience at all times of day, ensuring that residents' lives can function as easily, effortlessly, and flexibly as possible.
Flexible Concept for All Ages
A serious flaw of current homes is that they typically cater to a specific age group, and older couples cannot find those comfort or aesthetic functions or experiences they would enjoy spending time in. The buildings we design rise above these compromises in every respect.
Why do we claim this? The design of spaces and functions allows the house to provide outstanding quality of life and comfort whether for a successful couple in their 30s with two children, a family in their 50s with a slower pace of life, or even a retired couple, can effortlessly enjoy the luxury and comfort this home offers.
Private Spaces and Exclusivity
Since building plots in Madeira are generally just sufficient for creating a good building, the concept and essence of private space often suffers. In our current concept design, great importance was given to emphasizing private spaces and protecting the privacy of residents.
We designed the house so that from the street and neighboring buildings, there is zero or minimal visibility into the garden and interior. We did this by creating multiple private spaces that only residents can enjoy, while every space with a visual connection outside offers nearly 100% views of the street, ocean, and garden. The sanctity of privacy must be a fundamental function of a home.
Sustainability
A shortcoming of new buildings in Madeira is that they rarely focus on energy efficiency. We build buildings that align with EU directives and green environmental sustainability principles, equipped with modern insulation and solar panel systems. This makes your investment value-enhanced from this aspect as well.
